We’re currently looking for volunteers for 3 projects at Silverburn Park.
Silverburn Campsite
Work alongside our campsite staff to help maintain the campsite and learn skills to help you get back into work such as:
Risk and safety awareness
Teamwork
Communication
Customer Service
Stock Taking
You’ll also have the opportunity to complete a practical qualification to improve your employability.
2 hours twice a week:
Monday and Friday 10am-12pm
Cottage Window Cafe
Work alongside our café staff to help run the café and learn skills to help you get back into work such as:
Understanding and following guidelines
Preparing food and drink
Customer Service
Risk and safety awareness
You’ll also have the opportunity to complete a practical qualification to improve your employability
2 hours twice a week :
Tuesdays and Thursdays 11am-1pm
Volunteer on gardening and park grounds maintenance projects
We'll be running volunteering groups on various timetables, so you can chose when you want to volunteer.
